Zander Arthur Throws His Attorney Ronald Sikes Under The Bus In Vox Populi Interview. Did He Sabotage His Own Lawsuit?
Zander Arthur files a lawsuit based on conspiracy theories and speculation.
Does anyone actually read Norine Dworkin’s Vox Populi website in Orange County, Florida? It appears from internet metrics that very few people do.
However, if you are not one of her few dedicated readers, then you missed how Zander Arthur throws his attorney under the bus not once but twice.
In doing so, he may have sabotaged his lawsuit against three people and a defunct New Mexico company. He claims these people operate RealAustinArthur.com.
Vox Populi posted a series of articles speculating about the ownership and the operators of RealAustinArthur.com. She also wrote about Zander Arthur’s lawsuit involving three individuals and a defunct New Mexico company.
The lawsuit appears to confuse speculation and conspiracy theories with fact.
In addition, nearly all the claims in the lawsuit revolve around comments regarding his brother Austin Arthur. You know him. The high school dropout and recovering drug addict running for the Orange County Commission.
Can we say SLAPP lawsuit?
The lawsuit is a weak and frivolous just like Zander Arthur. Any recent graduate from law school can see that.
It’s also painfully obvious that Austin Arthur’s useful idiot Zander is the Fredo Corleone of the Arthur family.
Zander Arthur Throws His Attorney Under The Bus And Torpedoes His Own Lawsuit
Zander Arthur’s frivolous backdoor SLAPP lawsuit on behalf his brother was fool hearty endeavor. Unfortunately, Zander Arthur and his big mouth, may have sunk his entire lawsuit.
The first issue is Zander Arthur’s claim in the lawsuit that he has no connection with his brother’s campaign for County Commissioner. As RealAustinArthur.com has reported this is a blatant lie. He has donated thousands of dollars to Austin Arthur’s campaign.
Zander played dumb and essentially threw his lawyer under the bus. Vox Populi’s Norine Dworkin wrote:
Now, Sikes could face a sanction by the court. He could also feel the wrath of the Florida Bar for fraud on the court. Did Austin Arthur’s halfwit brother “Fredo” think about this before opening his mouth? Probably not!

The lawsuit also alleges that Orange County political activists Jacob and Roseanna Mahlerbe paid retired mortgage fraud expert and blogger Stephen Dibert to create and write articles on RealAustinArthur.com. Yet, he admits he has no proof to support these claims or that there is any connection between them.

Will the Florida Bar investigate Ronald Sikes and disbar him for filing a fraud on court?
Zander Arthur aka Fredo and his lawyer could be in a world of hot water. Namely, his lawyer Ronald Sikes.
It also appears his attorney, Ronald Sikes, a last in his class, budget attorney purportedly hired from a church bulletin in the Christian Nationalist Glad Tidings Assembly of God, is assisting the Arthur brothers to pull a fraud on the court.
Sikes should also know better than to encourage his client to file frivolous and illegal SLAPP lawsuits. But now he has to deal with an out of control client with a big mouth who will sink his own lawsuit.
Sikes is faces three options with this lawsuit:
- Drop the lawsuit and re-file it.
- Amend the complaint
- He can continue with litigation. Thus, possibly feeling the wrath of the judge by getting slapped with sanctions.
Will Sikes be fighting for his legal career after the Florida Bar launches an investigation into this case?
Can Sikes also afford skyrocketing liability insurance if the defendants decide to countersue him and the Arthur brothers?
Time will tell.
