Zander Arthur Has Dropped His Illegal SLAPP Lawsuit Against People He Claims Operate RealAustinArthur.com

Austin Arthur’s dimwitted and useful idiot brother Zander Arthur has dropped his frivolous lawsuit against the people he perceives are behind RealAustinArthur.com.

In August, the Fredo Corleone of the Arthur family filed suit against 3 people and a defunct entity. He claimed they conspired to defame him and Gymnastics USA.

However, the lawsuit faced several uphill battles.

The first being that the lawsuit was really a backdoor defamation suit by Austin Arthur.

As a candidate and public figure, Austin Arthur knew he couldn’t win a defamation lawsuit. Besides, the blame would be on Zander if the lawsuit failed. In other words, Austin made Zander his patsy.

During litigation, Zander Arthur acted like a tough guy. He told Vox Populi’s Norine Dworkin that he had plenty of evidence to win this lawsuit. He said he, “has plenty of evidence. That’s all I can say as this is an active lawsuit.”

Dworkin quoted him as saying:

“I will continue perusing this as long as it takes, way after the election is over if needed.”

However, as it turned out, the tough guy rhetoric was far from believable. He dropped the lawsuit 3 weeks later.

Zander Arthur’s Lawsuit Was Full Of False Statements

Zander Arthur knew he could not prove a conspiracy between Dibert and the Malherbees. It also didn’t help that he openly admitted this in another article in Vox Populi. He told Vox Populi’s Norine Dworkin:

“Do I have the credit card statement or the check that she wrote to Stephen Dibert to hire him to make this website? No, I don’t,” he said.””

Is Austin Arthur Running Gymnastics USA From The Shadows?

Zander Arthur’s lawsuit also had other serious misleading statements. The first being that Austin Arthur has had nothing to do with Gymnastics USA. He states that Austin Arthur hasn’t “been part of Gymnastics USA’s management or been employed with Gymnastics USA since 2021.”

Yet, Austin Arthur tells the public that he and Zander are the owners of Star and Stripes Management.

The Arthur brothers have also repeatedly stated that Stars and Stripes operates the management of Gymnastics USA. This means Austin Arthur is still involved in the management of Gymnastics USA.

In a recent article in Vox Populi, Austin claims he still owns Stars And Stripes Management with Zander.

However, Zander’s statement in the lawsuit contradicts the Stars And Stripes website. The company website clearly states the company is “Owned and operated by brothers Austin and Zander Arthur..”

Austin Arthur has also recorded a number of campaign videos inside the Stars And Stripes office. The office is easy to recognize. The office looks like Ulysses S. Grant decorated it on a weekend bender.

Additionally, Austin Arthur’s campaign headquarters is in the same office as Stars And Stripes. Austin’s campaign phone number of (407) 305-2052 is registered to Stars and Stripes Management.

Zander Arthur Throws His Attorney Under The Bus

Zander Arthur also claims in the lawsuit that he has no connection with his brother’s campaign for County Commissioner. Yet, RealAustinArthur.com has reported this is a blatant lie. He has donated thousands of dollars to Austin Arthur’s campaign.

Zander played dumb with Vox Populi’s Norine Dworkin and essentially threw his lawyer under the bus. Dworkin wrote:

“Alexander Arthur sounded baffled when VoxPopuli asked about the statement in the lawsuit that he had no business or financial ties to his brother’s election campaign.”

“I’m not sure where that was found … where I said … I never said that,” Arthur said last week by phone. “I’m not sure if there’s some wording in a document that my lawyer created that says something like that. And I’m trying to look through [the lawsuit] right now as we’re speaking. But I’ve never said that Gymnastics USA didn’t donate or anything like that to my brother’s campaign.””

Zander Arthur Withdraws His Frivolous Lawsuit

Thanks to Zander Arthur’s big mouth, he and his attorney, Ronald Sikes soon realized they were facing heavy sanctions. They knew the court was going to sanction them and make them pay attorney fees to the defendants. So, they made the decision to drop the lawsuit before the lawsuit could proceed any further.
