Highway To The Gymnastics USA Danger Zone! Gymnastics USA Sued Multiple Times By Parents For Negligence.

Are you ready to have your kids take a ride into the Gymnastics USA Danger Zone? Zander and Austin Arthur describe the Ninja Kidz area at Gymnastics USA as nothing more than kids having supervised fun. However, some parents describe it more as peewee pandemonium where pint sized hellions run wild with no supervision. Several people have sued Gymnastics USA for negligence since 2019. 

Samantha Macey-Jones hired powerhouse law firm Morgan & Morgan. She soon filed a negligence lawsuit against Gymnastics USA in April 2023. The lawsuit states Gymnastics USA was negligent in keeping her minor son safe in the Ninja Kidz area of the facility in July 2021.

The younger Jones climbed the “Ninja Wall” in the Ninja Kidz area without being harnessed or supervised. He then jumped off the wall without adult supervision. As a result, the younger Jones suffered life threatening permanent injuries. The lawsuit alleges these were the result of negligence by Gymnastics USA staff.

Gymnastics USA Danger Zone: Austin And Zander Arthur Try To Skirt Responsibility By Blaming Injured Kid

Zander Arthur like his drug addict brother Austin always have an excuse.

It appears that evading responsibility is a shared trait between the Arthur brothers. Austin Arthur refuses to take responsibility for his past as a volent drug addict and overall sociopath.

Zander Arthur now refuses to take responsibility for kids getting injured at Gymnastics USA.

In addition, he’s purposely going out of his way to be uncooperative with Macey-Jones’ lawyers from Morgan & Morgan.

Zander’s lawyer blames the child in their answers to a 7/11/2023 Request For Production. They also claim that it was the child who was negligent not them.

Yet, Gymnastics USA says they do not have surveillance video footage of the incident or of the area where child fell. They also claim they do not have any footage from a 4-hour period preceding the incident or following the incident. 

This is actually hard to believe for multiple reasons. It also indicates Zander and his attorneys may be pulling a fraud on the court.

Parents have sued Gymnastics USA for negligence before. You would think their insurance carrier would require it after that payout. That is assuming Gymnastics USA still has liability insurance.

The YouTube video clearly shows a giant video monitor in Austin and Zander’s office at Stars And Stripes Management. The Arthur brothers set up Stars and stripes Management to run the day-to-day operations of Gymnastics USA.

The  monitor at the Stars and Stripes Management office clear shows a live video feed from inside Gymnastics USA. The YouTube clearly shows Austin Arthur on the phone with Gymnastics USA staff while looking at the live feed from the gym. 

Looks like Zander has some explaining to do!
