It’s become obvious that Austin Arthur and Scott Boyd will do ANYTHING to win. No matter how dirty or underhanded it may be.

So, how low will the two charlatans go to win?

Let’s put it this way, the two are running a very dirty shadow campaign to defeat District 1 Commissioner Nicole Wilson.

They recently seized the opportunity to exploit innocent special needs kids and use them as political pawns.

If you haven’t heard about it yet, Austin Arthur and his puppet master, Scott Boyd, ruthlessly manipulated poor special needs kids at Special Hearts Farms.

The goal was to “manufacture” a fake political scandal to intentionally handicap Wilson’s re-election efforts.

Well, the emerging SCAM backfired on the Beavis and Butthead of Orange County politics big time.

The sick plan to exploit these innocent special needs children was exposed by a disgusted whistleblower from inside the Arthur campaign.

Matter of fact, if you go to Scott Boyd’s personal Facebook page, you can see him fanning the flames of controversy with posts blaming Nicole Wilson for everything.

The question we have is, WHO INSIDE THE ARTHUR CAMPAIGN APPROVED THIS DESPICABLE PLAN?

Word on the street is that outraged voters are also flooding the campaign with angry phone calls. People are demanding Arthur bow out of the race.

It is getting so bad that Arthur just made an emergency survival decision to switch his Gymnastics USA Facebook page over to the “Friends of Austin Arthur” to try to contain the damage on social media.

The campaign is desperately scrambling in damage control. They are looking at every angle to spin and for ways to cover it all up. Unfortunately, this campaign stunt is also on course to torpedo Arthur’s campaign before the August primary.

Arthur’s campaign is also now desperately trying to scrub the Internet in attempt to distance Arthur from Boyd. However, it appears it may be too late.

Special Hearts Farm

The story begins with Special Hearts Farm seeking additional space to expand its operations. If you don’t know, Special Hearts Farm is an absolutely amazing organization. We highly recommend that you donate and support such a wonderful cause.

Special Hearts Farm purchased land in the Mount Dora area to expand. However, local residents and farmers opposed its attempt to change the zoning.

So, Craig Mateer, owner of Thoroughbred Dreams LLC who owns a 20-acre parcel of land on 4151 Avalon Rd., graciously offered to donate his land in the rural settlement to help the organization.

The only problem is the land is within the protected Lake Avalon Rural Settlement.

Area residents opposed the plan with some accusing Mateer of attempting to break the Lake Avalon Rural Settlement zoning with the move. Others say Mateer is a wonderful man with a big heart who only wanted to help.

Whatever you might think – the PROBLEM was that what the Special Needs Farm wanted to do had already been easily shot down by Orange Commissioners in Mount Dora so it really had no chance of being approved in Winter Garden.

Historic Lake Avalon Rural Settlement

Scott Boyd and Proxy Puppet Austin Arthur Plan to Dissolve the Historic Lake Avalon Rural Settlement in West Orange County if Arthur is Elected

Approval would require dissolving the historic Lake Avalon Rural Settlement protections and rezoning the land use to institutional use.

This would have dissolved the rural settlement protections and opened up the entire rural area to commercial development.

Thus, developers could build commercial strip malls, hospitals, assisted living facilities and even zero-lot line “affordable housing” could move into the area.

Was this the secret plan all along? Some say yes.

Former lobbyists say the Special Hearts Farm proposal was all theater and dead on arrival. Breaking up the Lake Avalon Rural Settlement was a non-starter.

Everyone knew it would never pass. Orange County Commissioners shot the same plan down in Mount Dora. Therefore, they were certain to shoot it down again in the Rural Settlement.

But despite that, Arthur and Boyd seized on this issue to manufacture a fake scandal to hurt Commissioner Nicole Wilson.

Austin Arthur and Scott Boyd Boyd knew Orange County Commissioners would never approve the measure. Yet, they plotted to BLAME IT ALL on Nicole Wilson to make her look bad.

All of this “manufactured drama” just so they could get Arthur elected.

Unfortunately, innocent special needs children were caught in the middle and ruthlessly exploited as POLITICAL PAWNS by Austin Arthur and Scott Boyd.

Party Boy Scott Boyd Refuses to Help Special Needs Children with Agri-Business Space in McKinnon Groves

Here is a secret Austin Arthur and Scott Boyd don’t want you know.

Before Craig Mateer graciously offered his land for FREE, the Special Hearts Farm was eyeing up moving into the new McKinnon Groves development just over the border in Lake County owned by Scott Boyd.

Lake County Commissioners were blackmailed and coerced into approving Boyd’s Frankenstein monstrosity hellscape to be known as “McKinnon Groves” by Boyd and his 13 bloodline land family allies.

A requirement for the approval was the development had to include green “Agri-business”.

This is why Boyd had his sister move “Nelson’s Roses” to the property as a shill anchor to provide political “environmental cover” for corrupt Lake County Commissioners to approve the development.

Boyd also carved out space for another shill agri-business. This time, the business was owned by his buddy and land partner, Dayne Jones. Jones was going to run his now “permanently closed” Flowering Tree Growers agri-business. Unfortunately, it looks like Dayne’s cash flow problems finally did him in.

Flowering Tree Growers suddenly going out of business opened up an Agri-Business spot in the development, and sources say Special Hearts Farms approached Scott Boyd about the possibility of moving in right next to Nelson’s Roses.

Stone Cold Hearted Scott Boyd Says He Doesn’t Want “Crazy Kids” Scaring Off His Homebuyers

Scott Boyd owns hundreds of acres of land in Lake County outside of the Lake Avalon Rural Settlement. Why won’t he help the special needs kids find a home?

The Special Hearts Farm kids were apparently extremely excited about living in McKinnon Groves and learning how to grow Roses. The group even offered their free labor to Nelson’s Roses if only Scott Boyd would help them.

Sources say when Scott Boyd heard what they wanted, he went ballistic and refused to even talk to the group.

The rumor is Boyd also privately commented that he didn’t want “a bunch of crazy kids” wandering around his new high end mega-development scaring away his prime 55 + buyers who he said “wouldn’t want to live around a bunch of crazy special needs kids”.

Scott Boyd Talks Out Of Both Sides Of His Mouth

We don’t understand how Boyd could talk out of both sides of his mouth.

On one hand he being a cold blooded and heartless prick to innocent special needs kids. Then, on the other, he posts on Facebook that he is trying to help the special needs kids.

Why are they trying so hard to keep their bromance a secret?

If you don’t know, Scott Boyd’s family owns SEVERAL HUNDRED acres of land in the same area.

Boyd could very easily carve out space for Special Hearts Farms if he really wanted to.

But Scott Boyd won’t allow it. Why? simply put, he’s a greedy and heartless self-centered bastard.

All he thinks about is money, hard-partying and women.

Instead, Boyd seized on the opportunity to manipulate the situation.

He colluded with Arthur to manufacture a false narrative scandal that claimed Wilson was voting against Special Needs children.

All of these lies just to make Wilson look bad so Boyd could get his Grandpa-beating buddy Arthur elected.

And unfortunately, caught in the middle were dozens of innocent special needs children who Arthur and Boyd shamelessly exploited just to win an election.

These are God’s special children who were very excited about moving to McKinnon Groves and just had their hopes crushed by Manboobs Boyd.

They just wanted some land so they could have a place to call home.

And maybe learn how to grow some Roses…
