Will prosecutors charge Zander Arthur with a 3rd-degree felony? It appears Zander and his lawyer knowingly lied in court documents. He also suing the wrong people. The Arthur Brothers and their dimwitted lawyer named people in this suit who have nothing to do with this website.
Zander Arthur’s frivolous and illegal SLAPP lawsuit is nothing more than an attempt to silence their critics.
All of this could result in Zander being caught in the labyrinth of Florida criminal law.
The lawsuit itself shows that the Arthur brothers are a couple of lying, narcissistic crybabies. It also shows the two of them throw around enough bullshit to fertilize the Sinai peninsula.
The only problem is that them throwing around bullshit, is that the brothers contradict themselves. Will prosecutors charge Zander Arthur with a 3rd-degree felony for knowingly lying about Austin Arthur’s involvement with Gymnastics USA over the past 3 years?
Everyone knows Austin Arthur is the puppet master behind Gymnastics USA and Stars And Stripes Management and Zander is his patsy.
All you have to do is look at their YouTube videos. However, what’s interesting about this lawsuit is that Zander claims Austin Arthur hasn’t “been part of Gymnastics USA’s management or been employed with Gymnastics USA since 2021.”

Will Zander do prison time for perjury and his fraud-on-the-court filing?
The statement Zander made in his court filing isn’t entirely true.
Austin Arthur still claims he and Zander are the co-owners of Star and Stripes Management even though Austin no longer appears on corporate documents.
The Arthur brothers have also repeatedly stated that Stars and Stripes operates the management of Gymnastics USA. Yes, that means Austin Arthur is still involved in the management of Gymnastics USA.
In a recent article in Vox Populi in West Orange, Austin claims he still owns Stars And Stripes Management with Zander.
However, Zander’s statement in the lawsuit contradicts the Stars And Stripes website. The company website clearly states the company is “Owned and operated by brothers Austin and Zander Arthur..”
Austin Arthur has also recorded a number of campaign videos inside the Stars And Stripes office. The office is pretty easy to recognize. It looks like Ulysses S. Grant decorated it on a weekend bender.
Additionally, Austin Arthur’s campaign headquarters is in the same office as Stars And Stripes and his campaign phone number of (407) 305-2052 is registered to Stars and Stripes Management. Hmmm….
Will Prosecutors Charge Zander Arthur With A 3rd Felony For Fraud On The Court?
Attorney Ronald Sikes is representing Zander Arthur in his illegal and frivolous SLAPP lawsuit.
It appears Zander Arthur is perjuring himself in court filings. If the court decides he is, the Orange County State Attorney’s Office could charge him with perjury and fraud on the court.
Courts in Florida, qualify perjury as a Third Degree Felony. Perjury is also punishable by up to five years in prison. It also includes another five years of probation and a fine of up to $5000.
The good news is Florida courts rank perjury as a level 4 severity under Florida’s Criminal Punishment Code. Yes, that’s good news for Zander Arthur.
It also means as much as the still-in-the-closet Zander might like it, the Florida courts won’t send him to a “bang-me-up-the ass” prison like Santa Rosa.
The judge will sentence him to a minimum security prison. Inmates at minimum security prisons do get to be outside doing highway cleanup.
It also appears his attorney, Ronald Sikes, a last in his class, budget Attorney purportedly hired with a coupon from Angie’s List, is assisting the Arthur brothers to pull a fraud on the court.
Sikes should know better than to encourage his client to file frivolous and illegal SLAPP lawsuits against the wrong people.
But what do you expect from a guy who advertises in church bulletins and gas station bathrooms? Oh, did we mention that his former classmates claim Sikes also graduated at the bottom his class at Stetson Law School?
Will Sikes be fighting for his legal career after the Florida Bar launches an investigation into this case?
Can Sikes also afford skyrocketing liability insurance if the defendants decide countersue him and the Arthur brothers?
Time will tell.
