More Zander Arthur Lies Have Been Debunked. It’s Not Looking Good For The Arthur Brothers. Will Austin Arthur Lose More Than An Election?
Yes, we have uncovered more Zander Arthur lies. Its more proof the Arthur brothers definitely throw around enough bullshit to fertilize the Sinai peninsula.
This time it could really land his lawyer Ronald Sikes in hot water with the Florida Bar.
Zander claims in court filings that he has no vested interest in his brother Austin’s campaign for County commissioner. Yet, this isn’t entirely true. He and his wife maxed out their personal campaign donations to Austin Arthur’s County commission campaign.
On February 28, 2023, Zander Arthur and his wife gave his brother’s campaign $4000.00 from 4 different accounts. Austin Arthur’s campaign disclosures shows:
- $1,000.00 from Zander Arthur on 2/28/2023.
- $1,000.00 from Jackie Arthur (Zander’s wife) on 2/28/2023.
- $1,000.00 from Gymnastics USA on 2/28/2023.
- $1,000.00 from Stars And Stripes Management on2/28/2023.
But, Wait! There’s More Zander Arthur Lies
In addition, Zander gave Austin’s PAC, Citizens for Common Sense an additional $5,000 on 9/23/2023.
Citizens for Common Sense Solutions PAC also reimbursed Zander Arthur for $16,049.56 on 8/27/2024. However, the PAC’s latest finance reports don’t state what the reimbursement was for.
So, what is the reimbursement for? What did Zander Arthur give or do for his brother’s campaign? Better yet, what did he do for his brother’s PAC that warrants a reimbursement for over $16,000? It’s obvious Zander Arthur has a vested interest in brother’s campaign.
More Fraud On The Court Shenanigans From Zander Arthur And His Lawyer
Will Attorney Ronald Sikes be disbarred for fraud on court scheme with Zander Arthur?
It appears Zander Arthur is perjuring himself in court filings. If the court decides he is, the Orange County State Attorney’s Office could investigate him and charge him with perjury.
Courts in Florida, qualify perjury as a Third Degree Felony. Perjury is also punishable by up to five years in prison. It also includes another five years of probation and a fine of up to $5000.
The good news is Florida courts rank perjury as a level 4 severity under Florida’s Criminal Punishment Code. Yes, that’s good news for Zander Arthur.
It also means as much as the still-in-the-closet Zander might like it, the Florida courts won’t send him to a “bang-me-up-the ass” prison like Santa Rosa.
The judge will sentence him to a minimum security prison. Inmates at minimum security prisons do get to be outside doing highway cleanup.
It also appears his attorney, Ronald Sikes, a last in his class, budget attorney purportedly hired from a church bulletin in the Christian Nationalist Glad Tidings Assembly of God, is assisting the Arthur brothers to pull a fraud on the court.
Sikes should also know better than to encourage his client to file frivolous and illegal SLAPP lawsuits against the wrong people.
But what do you expect from a guy who advertises in church bulletins? Oh, did we also mention that his former classmates claim Sikes also graduated at the bottom his class at Stetson Law School?
He also pals around with Austin and Zander Arthur. He’s given nearly $1000 to Austin Arthur’s campaign for county commission.
Will Sikes be fighting for his legal career after the Florida Bar launches an investigation into this case?
Can Sikes also afford skyrocketing liability insurance if the defendants decide to countersue him and the Arthur brothers?
Time will tell.
