Loser Strategist Anthony Pedicini Sues A Blue Animated Monster. Claims Monster Touched Him In A Way He Doesn’t Like To Be Touched!

It appears RealAustinArthur.com isn’t the only the only website to kick loser strategist Anthony Pedicini in the ass. Other people have also given the flaming GOP strategist a taste of his own medicine. You have to love Gonzo internet marketing.
Now, Pedicini and his defeated client, former Manatee County commissioner Kevin Van Ostenbridge have filed a frivolous lawsuit in Manatee County against Hawke Cates and the Bradenton Times (See Manatee County Case #2024-CA002036-AX).
They claim Cates created of a furry blue animated character used the blue monster named “Kevin-Kyle Kaczynski Von Oswald XVII” to mock Pedicini and Van Ostenbridge during the 2024 elections. They are also suing The Bradenton Times online publication for promoting the content.

They two losers allege creators of the cute furry blue monster used their names and animated caricatures in videos illegally to promote merchandise sales during the runup to the 2024 election.
How To Sue People For Defamation Without Suing Them For Defamation.
In other words, Van Ostenbridge and Pedicini don’t have a defamation case. So, they decide to make the ludicrous claim the videos used their names to promote merchandise. Why? Both the Roger Stone wannabe Pedicini and Van Ostenbridge have overinflated egos and have a “I’ll show them!” mentality.
It also just shows you how desperate for money lawyers in Florida are for money. They’ll file any horseshit lawsuit for an easy buck and waste taxpayer money on a nothing burger lawsuit.
Van Ostenbridge and Pedicini also claim that promoted the videos as part of some conspiracy against them. The Bradenton Times is former Manatee County Commissioner Joe McClash.
Lawsuit happy Van Ostenbridge is also suing another former Manatee County commissioner, Elizabeth Benac for defamation over political mailers campaigning against him.

Most Floridians have no clue who Pedicini is. This is because he works in the shadows of the Florida GOP.

Pedicini and his company SIMwins will do whatever it takes get you elected. Of course, this includes deceiving voters and laundering donations through the dozens of PACs he controls with Noreen Fenner.
Pedicini uses his PACs to hide where the candidate’s money is coming from. He also taps grassroots groups from Trump’s MAGA and of Governor Ron DeSantis.
The bald crypto-Nazi Pedicini succeeds with a brutal political machine fueled by a seemingly endless amount of money from PACs he controls. He uses them to fund disinformation campaigns against his client’s opponents. These campaigns regularly employ deception. They use false allegations or fake support from ideological enemies in order to mislead voters.
Four different candidates have named Pedicini as a defendant in four libel and defamation lawsuits. The cases were all settled out of court. Pedicini’s name also came up in a previously unreported criminal investigation by the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office.
