Is Austin Arthur Under Investigation for An Alleged Covid PPP Loan Fraud Scheme? SBA Investigators Now Looking Into Whether The Arthur Brothers Bought Luxury Homes with PPP Loan Money.

If true, this is an “egregious crime” that will undoubtedly result in 20–30 years in prison. Hopefully, the two brothers are well stocked up on boy butter.

The Austin Arthur campaign has been rocked by a series of scandals over the last few weeks. Political analysts say the most recent PPP Loan Fraud allegations will most certainly force his campaign to shut its doors.

Area families with young children were struggling during COVID pandemic just to pay bills. However, for Austin and Zander Austin, it was like pennies from heaven as the two brothers allegedly defrauded the government. They also continued billing families while Gymnastics USA was closed.

austin arthur under investigation To add insult to injury, the Arthur brothers didn’t stop there. They purloined over $400,000 from taxpayer-funded PPP Loan money. They cashed the checks and allegedly used the PPP money to purchase luxury homes and cars for themselves.

If all of that isn’t bad enough, the two then shamelessly promoted themselves on social media, flaunting their “success.”

Of course, this is just a HUGE SLAP IN THE FACE to their Gymnastics USA members and Orange County voters — many of whom are all still recovering from COVID.

Is Zander And Austin Arthur Under Investigation For Using Over $400,000 in Taxpayer Funds To Buy Luxury Homes?

A FOIA request revealed Arthur brothers applied for a PPP loan in the first round of loans in April 2020. SBA approved Gymnastics USA for a loan in the amount of $198,264 to cover alleged payroll costs for 75 imaginary employees.

The brothers soon realized how easy it was to get free money. So, he had Zander send in several more highly suspicious “staggered applications.” The two brothers apparently hoped to collect as much as possible by tricking SBA underwriters.

In January 2021, the Federal Government approved a second PPP loan in the amount of $228,429.00. SBA underwriters finally discovered the PPP Application Scam and then blacklisted Gymnastics USA from receiving any further funds.

However, brothers were able to successfully purloin over $400,000 from Uncle Sam.

While most Floridians found themselves out of work or with no income because of COVID, Austin Arthur appeared to be cashing in BIG! He purchased a $750,000 luxury home in Winter Garden.

Official records indicate Arthur paid $685,000 for the home in November 2022 taking out a $411,000 mortgage.

That leaves a difference of $274,000 that Austin put down in cash.

Whistleblowers claim Austin used pilfered PPP money for the down payment on his personal residence.

If this is true, it wouldn’t be the first such case of PPP loan scammers using taxpayer funds to buy luxury homes or live the Robin Leach lifestyle on the dime of American taxpayers.

A private investigator who looked into the matter says the TIMING of the house purchase is highly suspect.

Official records show Arthur purchased this home on November 18, 2022 — right on the tail end of the COVID pandemic when he was apparently flush with cash from double-dip billing Gymnastics USA members and siphoning over $400,000 in Free PPP Loan profits from Uncle Sam.

It appears most of the double-dip gym billing and COVID PPP Loan proceeds were diverted to Austin’s brother Zander.

This was probably to launder the money through Zander’s personal finances so it didn’t have to be disclosed on Austin’s political disclosures.

And boy does it look like COVID paid off BIG TIME for Zander Arthur.

In April 2023, he paid $1 Million for this luxury lakefront compound on 1 acre of prime real estate.

The BIG QUESTION is HOW do two, creepy gym coaches suddenly afford such luxury?

If you search the Arthur Brothers before Covid, they lived relatively modest lifestyles.

But AFTER COVID — the brothers seemed to be flush with cash and started living a luxury lifestyle.

Arthur Brothers Suddenly Flush With Cash During COVID

Former associates say both Austin and Alexander used to live a very modest life. They worked hard at their businesses and earned a modest income.

But they say after COVID — EVERYTHING changed for the duo.

All of a sudden, Austin and Zander were loaded with cash. They bought new cars and new homes and were throwing money around Winter Garden like candy.

One former employee who was let go during COVID said they seemed like the only two people in Winter Garden that were flourishing during a devastating time where most families with children could barely afford food.

And all of this doesn’t even include the millions in shadow money pumped to them under the table from Scott Boyd and his 13 bloodline land families to help Austin win the District 1 seat.

Whistleblowers are saying they have already been contacted by SBA OIG investigators who are now expanding the investigation with other Federal authorities.
