How Does Austin Arthur Pay $548,000 In Mortgages And Feed His Family of 3 Children? Zander Arthur Claims In Court Documents Austin Hasn’t Worked Since 2021

Zander Arthur recently filed a frivolous lawsuit against several people. The lawsuit itself shows that the Arthur brothers are a couple narcissistic crybabies.

But we already knew that. All you have to do is look at their YouTube videos. However, what’s interesting about this lawsuit is that it claims Austin Arthur hasn’t, “been part of Gymnastics USA’s management or been employed with Gymnastics USA since 2021.”

This statement if true, brings up a host of questions. Namely, how can Austin Arthur afford to pay the $528,000 of mortgage debt on his house and support 3 kids? How did they qualify for a Fannie Mae mortgage without showing income?

Below, you can see the mortgage lien for $428,000 from Rocket Mortgage. In March, Arthur cashed out another $119,093.51. It’s crazy why anyone would refinance or pull out additional mortgage debt in this market with 23-year high interest rates.

This suggests that Austin Arthur is not the successful entrepreneur he claims to be.

Public records also show that Arthur and his wife bought their house in November of 2022.

They originally financed it with an $411,000 mortgage. This is over a year after Zander Arthur claims Austin disassociated himself with Gymnastics USA and the gym’s management company, Stars And Stripes Management. Stars And Stripes removed Austin Arthur’s name on the Sunbiz registry in 2022.

However, this contradicts the Stars And Stripes website. The company website clearly states the company is “Owned and operated by brothers Austin and Zander Arthur..”

Austin Arthur also has a recorded a number of campaign videos at the Stars And Stripes office. The office is pretty easy to recognize. It looks like Ulysses S. Grant decorated it on a weekend bender.

Is Austin Arthur still involved with Gymnastics USA and Stars And Stripes Management?

It appears Zander Arthur and his attorney, Ronald Sikes are pulling a fraud on the court. Will Sikes be fighting for his legal career after the Florida Bar launches an investigation? Can Sikes also afford skyrocketing liability insurance if the defendants countersue him and Zander Arthur? The truth will be revealed when Austin and Zander Arthur sit for depositions.
