A Horizons West whistleblower has a warning for you if you live in West Orange County. Especially, if you are worried about the out-of-control development.
The Horizon West whistleblower is close to Scott Boyd and knows firsthand what is coming. They say to expect rapid development if the convicted felon and gym owner Austin Arthur wins in November.
The whistleblower revealed to RealAustinArthur.com that Austin Arthur and Scott Boyd have had multiple secret backroom meetings with real estate developers. The group expressed concerns about high interest rates and tightening underwriting guidelines on lending. Developers are concerned that these factors are stalling the residential real estate market.
The group decided against building single-family homes that might never sell and now wants to change the development plans. They want to build a literal sea of towering, multi-family rental apartments across Horizon West.
But for their plans to succeed, they need Austin Arthur to win District 1 in November.
Other multi-family developments would be developed. Then sold to Wall Street investment funds that rent out apartments.
Apparently, Austin Arthur and Scott Boyd have been promised a “significant backend percentage” on the project. Why? Developers want to reward them for their participation in ramming the plans through the County Commission.
In other words, Scott Boyd and Austin Arthur plan on selling out District 1 voters to Wall Street.

Horizon West will turn into a Mumbai-style slum if Austin Arthur wins in November. It will literally be a slum like Floridians have never seen before.
Austin Arthur will be laughing all the way to the bank after he cashes in all his developer kickbacks. Arthur will be right behind the developers chanting, “Build, Baby! Build!”
Developers will be flocking to West Orange County to build tens of thousands of low income apartments. Low income apartments that attract drug gangs and create skyrocketing crime rates.
Not to mention, the tens of thousands of cars clogging the roadways and a congested overpopulation that will make living in West Orange miserable and absolutely unbearable.
No amount of “infrastructure” that Austin Arthur is proposing will fix this problem.
There will also be zero chance for home ownership and you can forget raising your kids in the country because the country will be gone. Country living in central Florida will be a distant memory.
The Horizon West whistleblower said the plans are horrific. The towering apartments will block out the setting sun on the horizon.
You literally won’t even be able to see the “horizon” in Horizon West.

This is what has Big Wall Street Developers really excited as the Federal housing subsidies for migrants will be two to three times the market rents.
This means American citizens and legal Florida residents in West Orange county will be displaced and blocked from renting the affordable housing in order to house migrants who are in this country illegally.
This is all part of Austin Arthur’s new “MIGRANT FIRST POLICY” to push federally subsidized migrants into all the apartments his Big Developer buddies are building.

You just have to look to his record if you want the real truth. Also, look into who is funding his campaign. Scott Boyd is just one of hundreds of Big Developer donors laundering money through the Austin Arthur campaign.
Lobbyists say if it wasn’t for RealAustinArthur.com and other West Orange Patriots spreading the real truth about corrupt candidate Austin Arthur to wake up voters, he might have beat Nicole Wilson in the August primary.
But Arthur’s campaign is in freefall now as more and more voters wake up and learn the real truth about him.
Arthur is desperate to silence the truth – even going so far as to have his proxy puppet master Scott Boyd file SLAPP lawsuits to silence voters.
