In this latest ELECTION MANIPULATION SCANDAL, we learn that Austin Arthur colluded with disgraced former D1 Commissioner Scott Boyd in a shocking election manipulation scheme.
The scam worked like this: Boyd and Arthur both knew that with so many hidden scandals, Arthur could NEVER WIN in the general election in November against Commissioner Wilson when so many informed voters come to the polls.
They knew Arthur’s only chance of winning was to CHEAT and MANIPULATE voters by forcing a primary run-off.
If you don’t know, when more than two candidates run for office, it forces a primary run-off election in August. It is well known that fewer voters bother coming to the polls in the primaries, and the ones that do are usually not as well-informed.
Plus, the primary elections are much easier to manipulate and steal the vote. It is easy for Scott Boyd and his secret society pals to stuff ballot boxes and bribe and blackmail primary election workers to help them steal the election.
