Gymnastics USA Busted In A Fraudulent Covid Billing Bailout Scam Orchestrated By Austin And Zander Arthur

Investigation Snags Austin Arthur in Covid Double-Dipping PPP Loan Scam with Gymnastics USA

The Covid-19 pandemic hit both the American public hard and some American businesses harder.

The pandemic forced most Florida businesses to temporarily shut their doors. Gymnastics USA was no exception. 

The general public lost their jobs and lived off the assistance offered by the US treasury. The Small Business Administration offered businesses low-interest PPP loans to help keep them afloat.

Gymnastics USA was no exception to the effects of the pandemic.  The pandemic forced them to temporarily close and lay off staff.

However, Austin and Zander realized they still had a potential flow of cash they could tap into.

Gymnastics USA had a clause buried deep in their membership agreements stating that they would automatically charge fees to the member’s credit or debit card.

This is pretty common in gym and fitness club memberships.

But reputable Gyms like Planet Fitness and LA Fitness voluntarily STOPPED automatically charging members for membership fees during the pandemic.

Yet, while his gym membership families were STRUGGLING,  greedy Austin and Zander Arthur concocted a sophisticated “Double-Dipping” Billing Scam.

They continued to charge members’ credit and debit cards the monthly fee even when Gymnastics USA was shut down, and kids were not receiving any training.

When members confronted them to complain, the brothers ignored them. For the persistent few, Austin and Zander made them jump through a series of lengthy, time-consuming paperwork. The brothers did this to discourage members from seeking refunds. 

Here is an anonymous email received from a ripped-off former Gym member describing their experience:

Gymnastics USA “DOUBLE-DIPS” Taking Out Over $400,000 in PPP Loans While Still Billing Monthly Membership Fees

Most gyms forced to shut down during the pandemic STOPPED billing monthly membership fees to students.    It was just the right thing to do, especially if you also received tax-payer-funded PPP loan money from Uncle Sam.

But that wasn’t good enough for “greed is good” Austin Arthur.   

Heartless Austin Arthur instructed his brother Zander to just keep automatically charging over 2,000 student member credit cards a month to DOUBLE-DIP and collect hundreds of thousand of dollars a month all while families were really struggling financially.   

Then, despite raking in hundreds of thousands of dollars per month in pure profit membership fee cash-flow, they falsely claimed Gymnastics USA was struggling in order to get approved for multiple, free-money PPP loans from the Federal Government.

Did Austin Arthur and Gymnastics USA Commit PPP Loan Fraud By Lying on a Federal PPP Loan Application?

Florida counties began shutting down businesses in April 2020 as a safety precaution in April 2020. Due to the nature of Gymnastics USA’s business and the risk it posed to the public of spreading the Covid-19 virus, it was one of the first to shut down.

As a result, businesses flocked to the Small Business Administration for PPP loans to keep themselves afloat. Gymnastics USA was no different.

A FOIA request revealed Austin Austin and Zander Austin applied for a PPP loan in the first round of loans being issued in April 2020. SBA approved Gymnastics USA for a loan in the amount of $198,264 to cover payroll costs for 75 employees. 

Once Austin realized how easy it was to get free money, he had Zander send in several more highly suspicious “staggered applications” – apparently hoping to collect as much as possible by tricking SBA underwriters.   

In January 2021, the Federal Government approved a second PPP loan in the amount of $228,429 before they finally discovered the PPP Application Scam and then blacklisted Gymnastics USA from receiving any further funds. 

But the scammer brothers were able to successfully purloin over $400,000 from Uncle Sam. 

Did Austin Arthur Run a PPP Application Loan Scam with Gymnastics USA?

All of this seems a bit odd. They claim they were paying employees. Yet, the gym was closed. Plus, they never had anywhere near 75 employees. Prior to the pandemic the gym only had less than 15 employees. It also leads to a number of other questions:

• Who were the other 60 employees?
• Why were they paying employees when the gym was closed?
• Did the Austin brothers lie to the SBA to get a PPP loan?
• Gymnastics USA would have only been 3 employees during the pandemic. They would have been Austin, Zander and Austin’s 2nd wife Kellie.

The Arthur brothers did luck out. Despite evidence of wrongdoing, the SBA administratively forgave their loans without an audited investigation.

Did the 13 Bloodline Land Families pull some strings to help their future proxy puppet politician?

All of this seems very fishy and VOTERS WANT ANSWERS.
